Rankings for Canowindra Challenge 2013

Following the furore over the last ranking system I did in 2011, I thought it only appropriate to take another shot at it this year.

Update: A slight update following the news UK pilot Mike Howard has withdrawn.  Rumours are he has booked seats at the Cricket instead. On the upside, most of you have now moved up a spot!

    Sad to say that Mike is not attending. Just talked to him and his roster has not worked out.
